Have your evidence ready. Use a business document showing your professional or firm connection. Do not upload Social Security numbers, passwords, or policyholder claim files. You can explain your role in the request notes.
Track your request. After submitting, keep the claim-status link. It shows whether the request is awaiting review, approved, or declined. If we need a correction, contact us with the profile name and request reference.
Ownership and credentials are different. Claim approval establishes management access. It does not certify professional qualifications. Paid placement does not verify a license.
