3. Compliance: Abide by all local, state, and federal regulations and insurance codes.
4. Transparency: Disclose fees and agreements clearly before engagement.
5. Professionalism: Respond promptly, maintain respectful client relations, and uphold the industry’s reputation.
6. Competence: Pursue continuing education and maintain relevant certifications.
7. Collaboration: Cooperate professionally with contractors, attorneys, and other professionals when in the best interest of the policyholder.
8. No Kickbacks: Do not participate in or offer financial incentives for referrals that could create a conflict of interest.
9. Confidentiality: Respect and protect client data and claim details.
10. Accountability: Accept oversight and discipline by the platform for ethical violations.
