Directory Participation Agreement

Eligibility

Applicants must:

  • Hold an active public adjuster license in at least one U.S. state.
  • Provide proof of professional liability insurance (COI).
  • Agree to the Code of Ethics and Terms of Use.

Verification Process

All applications are manually reviewed by our administrative team. Approval is contingent on:

  • License verification;
  • Professional background screening;
  • Compliance with platform standards.

Fees

Licensee listings are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
Fees are non-refundable once a listing is published, except in cases of administrative error.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any listing for:

  • Ethics violations;
  • Misrepresentation of credentials;
  • Failure to maintain licensing or insurance;
  • Breach of terms or non-payment.

Use of Certification Marks

Only adjusters who complete official Insurance Claim Academy courses may display the CPA™, CLE™, or SCS™ certification badges.
Unauthorized use may result in removal and revocation of listing rights.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be governed by Texas law and resolved through binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas.
